To construct a modern G+4 multi-purpose building that efficiently integrates commercial and residential functions within a compact urban plot. The objective was to build retail spaces on the ground floor for business use, while the upper floors were to be developed into residential apartments that ensure privacy, safety, and comfort for the occupants. The project was executed based on the design provided, aligning with the functional and spatial goals set by the client.

The project was successfully executed as per the intended design, resulting in a vibrant, multi-use structure.
