The client required us to build a G+2 residential building and wanted it to look unique compared to the other buildings.

The G+2 residence is designed as a 2BHK building with a modern brick-and-concrete façade. The balconies stand out as key highlights, adding openness and character to the elevation. The spaces are well segregated, with the ground floor planned for rental use, while the first and second floors are dedicated for the owner’s living. This thoughtful design ensures both functionality and a unique architectural identity.
