The client asked us for a villa in the Chettinad theme. a single-storey resort with traditional aesthetics, individual unit entrances, and landscape integration. The design should ensure comfort, aesthetic appeal, and traditional amenities while preserving a cultural vibe.

The final design achieves a harmonious balance of tradition and modernity, the client expected a traditional villa design with elements like a thinnai (veranda), central courtyard, staircase flooring, and we have also provided space for gatherings making it ideal for residential resorts or wellness retreats.
